New Floors and Floor Refinishing in Snellville, GA

We have just completed a new project in Snellville, GA. Last year, a different flooring company added new floors in 3 areas of the main level of the house. Due to lack of knowledge, they installed a different species of wood(red oak instead of white oak). M.S. Construction was called in to try and remedy the situation. We decided to tear-out the original floors and replace them with new Red Oak flooring. Then we refinished the existing flooring and stained everything with a Minwax Provincial color, to match the existing railings.
We also replaced the existing pine stair treads with new solid Red Oak ones. These were also stained with Minwax Provincial stain. The project was completed by applying three coats of satin polyurethane finish.
