		<description><![CDATA[After presenting the situation to the homeowner, we made the decision to install brand new Select Red Oak hardwood floors over the existing hardwood that we considered unsalvageable. This option was the most logical one for the customer, because the cost for new floors was less than double the cost for just refinishing the existing ones, which wouldn't have turned out great in the first place.
