Laminate flooring installation
This is our newest completed project(2/23/2010). After a pipe bursting in the upstairs bathroom, the whole foyer was a mess. Previous engineered floors were removed. A new layer of 1/4″ plywood was installed to level the foyer with the kitchen and breakfast areas, which were also getting new floors. After removing the existing vinyl floor covering from these area, we found traces of active mold and the existing subfloor was wet to touch. We immediately stopped work and mold treatment was applied to the affected areas. We resumed work today(2/23/2010) and we are pleased to present the finished product.
